On November 9, Brothers and Sisters of The Congregation of the Sacred Hearts in Bhubaneswar, Orissa portrayed the life of Saint Damien of Molokai as part of the canonization festivities in India. To begin the celebration, Bishop Sarat Nayak celebrated Mass at the Cathedral. A reception for over 300 took place in the school hall followed by music, tribal dances and the presentation of the Damien drama. Photos by Fr. William F. Petrie, ss.cc.
