Fr. Gabriel Healy, ss.cc., Celebrates 80th Birthday
Damien's Food Pantry
On July 18, 2009 Fr. Gabriel Healy will commemorate
his 80th Birthday with a celebration at the Provincial House and Damien
Residence compound.
Those attending the party have been asked to bring gifts of canned
goods for Damien’s Food Pantry, a ministry for the
poor, started by Fr. Gabriel in 1988. Since the
beginning thousands of recipients have been assisted by the generous
financial and food donations from benefactors and friends. To make a
