| A RETURNING MISSIONARY |
 After
31 years of ministry in India, Fr. Michael Shanahan
returned to the USA East Province on November 6, 2010. Fr. Michael was
sponsored by Mother Teresa and the Missionaries of Charity for his
involvement in leprosy rehabilitation work in our SSCC formation program
and for his special ministry as Vocation Director. It is with great joy
that we welcome Fr. Michael home. After a transition program, he will be
available for a new assignment. In photo at right, Fr. Michael is aglow
in the early morning sunlight, as he celebrates the Liturgy in Kolkata,
India in October of 2007.
