Priestly Ordination in the Region of India. (January 4, 2011 - Alexis Nayak, ss.cc.)

The Region of India was blessed with three priestly ordinations of our Brothers Manoj (Susanto) Nayak, Joseph Pasala and Balakrishna (Premanand) Singh. What a blessing for the congregation. The liturgy of ordination had been organized and animated very well with the leadership of Fr. Cristodas and Sr. Rose. Thanks to Sr. Rose who had taken the pain of animating the liturgical music together with their candidates which added spiritual dimension to the celebration. After the ordination ceremony, there was a short felicitation program for the newly ordained deacons and priests. In partnership with the archdiocese, a delicious lunch was served thereafter for a crowd of about six hundred who had gathered to celebrate the ordination liturgy. In the evening and the following morning, Manoj, Joseph and Bala, and their families and relatives traveled back to their villages and towns for their thanks giving Masses. Some SS.CC. Brothers and Sisters went with them to partake in the joy of celebrating their thanks giving Masses in their respective villages and towns.
