Over the past 75 years,
the Catholic community of Long Island has made a tremendous contribution
to the Church
at large in
the Bahamas.
Following Fr. Mel Taylor, the
prior of the Benedictine Community in Nassau,
Fr. Patrick Fanning, ss.cc.,
arrived as pastor, and
holds that position in
the present day.
