JOHNATHAN HURRELL, SSCC. WITH PRE-NOVICES, (LEFT TO RIGHT),
RICHARD JOLICOEUR, JOHN SAWCHENKO AND DANIEL ESTRADA
We welcome Richard Jolicoeur to our Pre-Novitiate Community in
Wareham! Rick, from Woonsocket, RI, entered our Formation
Program on May 5, joining John Sawchenko and Daniel Estrada.
Rick comes to us through the fervent encouragement of Fr. Owen
Goodwin, ss.cc. who resides at St. Antoine Residence, a nursing
care facility where Rick has worked for many years, and Fr. Paul
Zaccone, ss.cc. whom Rick first met in 2012 while discerning
possible entrance into our Formation Program.
Let us pray for our three Pre-Novices that God's will would be
done in their lives, and that their journeys of faith may lead
them to Novitiate. May St. Damien continue to intercede for us
so that more men and women of faith will take the risk to answer
God’ s call of service in our Congregation.
